I hold affirmations very close to my heart. They have completely changed my life! Positive affirmations are such powerful tools for the manifestation process. They are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains.
Affirmations can reprogram our subconscious mind and make us believe that we already have what we desire. When we verbally affirm our dreams and wishes, we are instantly empowered with a deep sense of reassurance that they are our reality. And the subconscious mind does not know the difference between what’s imagined and what’s real.
Making Affirmations Work
Written in PRESENT tense (like it is already happening).
Best said out loud and with as much conviction, enthusiasm, and expression as possible.
To be repeated as many times, and as often as possible.
Best short, sweet, and easy to say. Less is more here.
To be positive and free from negations. For example, instead of “I no longer doubt myself”, say “I believe in myself”, or; “I am financially independent” instead of “I am debt-free”.
Meant to be believable to you. For instance, we all want $1,000,000 this year, but if you do not believe that you can attract it, it will be very difficult if not impossible to manifest. Therefore, I suggest that you start with smaller goals so that you can prove to yourself that you can do it and then move up. Do not be afraid of thinking that you are limiting yourself by setting smaller goals. In the declaration coming up, you are telling the Universe that you are accepting this or something better.
Meant to be more effective when they include your name, according to research. For example, “I, Lina, am an excellent public speaker!”

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.“
